Music-carolinas

Music of the Carolinas: Multiple dates

A nine-event concert series featuring some of the state’s finest folk and traditional musicians, Music of the Carolinas is a joint project between the NC Museum of History and PineCone. Utilizing notes, lecture demos, and film screenings in addition to performances, the concerts are free and open to the public (though donations are welcome). Each event is meant to educate audiences about various cultural art traditions that have begun in North Carolina or taken root over the years.
