TRIANGLE (AND BEYOND) HALLOWEEN EVENTS
It’s time for another spectacularly spooky Halloween! There are many exciting events going on for guys and “ghouls” of all ages. Take a look below at the list of opportunities for a howling good time.
TRICK-OR-TREAT DOWNTOWN FUQUAY-VARINA: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th – 2pm-5pm
Don your best costume, grab a bag, and gather treats from the Downtown Fuquay-Varina merchants that display the sign “Trick or Treat Here!” Free to attend.
TRICK-OR-TREAT THE TRAILS: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th – 3pm-6pm
Gather at White Deer Park in Garner for a safe, fun, and unique trick-or-treating experience. Make your way around the one-mile loop trail and collect Halloween sweets from local community organizations and businesses. Free to attend.
HALLOWEEN IN THE VILLAGE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th – 5:30pm-7pm
Head out to LaFayette Village on Halloween-eve and trick-or-treat from store to store. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and stay for the outdoor showing of “Hocus Pocus”! Free to attend.
HALLOWEEN AT HOGWARTS: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th – 7pm
Grab your broom and fly to see The North Carolina Symphony in concert! They will be featuring selections from the ever popular Harry Potter films. $25 per person.
TEEN HALLOWEEN PARTY: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th – 7pm-10pm
Join other teens (ages 12-17) for a night of Halloween fun at Artopia in North Raleigh. Costume contests, prizes, food, drinks, and more! $25 per person.
SCARECROW FESTIVAL: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31st – 11am
Come to Pullen Arts Center in West Raleigh for the annual Scarecrow Festival. Build a scarecrow with the provided materials and the best scarecrow wardrobe you bring from home. Your creation will remain on display at Pullen Arts Center for all to see. Bring a picnic lunch! Free to attend.
SAFE-N-SANE HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31st – 6pm-8pm
Don your scariest, silliest, or prettiest costume and come out to the Safe-n-Sane Halloween bash at Cary Town Center. Enjoy trick-or-treating around the mall, story-telling, magic shows, and more. Free to attend.
HALLOWEEN WEEEKEND AT CHATHAM HILL WINERY: OCTOBER 31st – NOVEMBER 1st
Looking to spend a relaxing day with a glass of wine? Come out to the Chatham Hill Winery on Saturday, October 31st (11am-6pm) and Sunday, November 1st (1pm-5pm) for a Halloween wine tasting experience. Don your costume and enter the costume contest (judged at 1:30pm, 3:30pm and 5pm each day). Free to attend, just pay for the wine.
