Wherefore: Shakespeare in Raleigh – through June 2015
There’s no need to travel far to find outstanding theatrical performances! The Triangle area has many options to explore if you’re interested in the performing arts. During the months of January – June 2015, Raleigh is offering Wherefore: Shakespeare in Raleigh – a series that celebrates the impact and timeless popularity of Shakespeare. Visitraleigh.com describes Wherefore as “a convergence of arts organizations presenting work written or inspired by William Shakespeare”.
Currently, you can experience and enjoy “Measure for Measure” performed by Bare Theatre in Chapel Hill. Tickets start at $18 for adults and $15 for Students/Seniors/ Military. WordPress: Hands On Workshop – March 25, 2015
In this modern age, a well-crafted website is a vital tool for any business establishment. Do you have a WordPress website but aren’t exactly sure how to use it? Bring your laptop and join in the WordPress workshop taking place on Wednesday, March 25th from 9am – 3pm. This workshop, held at the Crabtree Chiropractic Meeting Center (view directions from AOBC), will be led by Kelly Phillips, an experienced trainer, speaker, and author with a crazy passion for WordPress. Women in Business Awards and Showcase – March 30, 2015
The Women in Business Awards provides a wonderful opportunity to honor Triangle women who have made an impact on the business world with significant and groundbreaking accomplishments. This event begins on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center in Durham. You may also join the Mentoring Monday event just prior to the luncheon.
Mentoring Monday is the opportunity to have a one-on-one seven minute coaching session from over 40 of the most influential women in the business community. The event happens from 9 – 11am.
