Trick-or-Treat

The Raleigh area is full of Halloween spirit as pumpkins are carved, costumes created, and decorations hung. Tonight children of all ages will take to the streets to show off their outfits and compete to collect the most candy on the block. To show off your or your little one’s costume, participate in the News & Observer’s trick or treat photo contest!
